• The Candidate would lead a team of architects to conceptualize and come up with spectacular design concepts for LARGE SCALE residential and commercial buildings. 
• The ideal candidate should be between 35-40 years of age with a degree in Architecture from a reputed institute having over 10 years experience in designing high rise residential and commercial complexes of which at least the last 1-2 years should have been in leading a design team.
• Candidates need to have extensive knowledge of detailing and coordination with EXCELLENT flair for creativity and strong communication and management skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of Building regulations to be complied with during the design process and proficiency in using the latest architectural software is essential.
• Familiarity with latest international practices, technology and trends is an advantage
