Job Description :
Candidate will be primarily required to lead a team of junior architects and designers to carry out architectural activities on the project such as Conceptualization of buildings, Architectural Design basis, drawings, details, specifications and material requisitions.
The position entails:
- Understanding client/project requirements, Planning and scheduling the architectural activities on the project, the role involves extensive inter-disciplinary and client interactions.
- Assistance in the development of cost estimates, scope and other exhibits for planned work and review of submittals from vendors and/or subcontractors.
- Provide architectural support during construction phase of the project.
- Experience level will be looking at between 10-15 Years.

- Basic Job Requirements B Arch / M Arch. with 10 years experience in a Consulting / Engineering (EPC environment) pertaining to Industrial / Chemical / Oil & Gas sectors.
- Good knowledge of key National / International industry building Codes and Standards (e. g. , NBC, IBC etc. )
- Working knowledge of software including AutoCAD, Microstation etc. Knowledge of 3d software’s such as Bentley Architecture shall be an added advantage. Other Job Requirements Proven ability to function as part of a multi-discipline project team and to support team goals.
- Experience supporting project scheduling and controls activities.
