Major Deliverables:  

• Work to a brief agreed with a client. Handle client calls and prepare daily report.
• If need be, visit site to take site measurements before drafting initial design, Maintain proper records of site measurements, layout designs, textures, paints, etc.
• Manage entire design team to make sure deadlines are met while adhering to design quality standards.
• Prepare cost estimates, sketches, layouts, specifications and other criteria pertinent to project development.
• Make presentations to present complete scope of work to client.  Suggest various designs, colour schemes and furniture.
• Account for cost and availability of materials and safety implications.
• Give estimated deadlines to reporting manager and supervise the design team to carry out the same.
• Supervise the work of senior designers, designers and assistant designers on assigned projects. Review the work done by the designers periodically to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Work closely with other professionals such as production managers, marketing staff and site engineers.
• Stay informed about design trends and developments using vendors and other sources.
• Prepare models/designs/layout of the project and ensure the design is finalised before handing it over to execution team. Make sure design can be manufactured/executed.
• Enhance technical knowledge and skills regularly adding value to business. Suggest technological advancements to the management.

• You should be a Diploma Holder/Graduate from an institution of repute

• Your communication skills should be excellent, with good command over English and the local language
