Job Description:

• Should possess a comprehensive knowledge of interior design
• Should have an exposure to design concepts/principles and latest design trends
• Should have an understanding of consumer behavior and brand awareness

Overall Purpose/Objective of the job :

• Provide effective on-boarding/start-up support to retailers and a visually appealing experience to customers by driving the pre fit-out activities such as activation of retailers, site inspections, design reviews and approvals.

Key Responsibilities: (List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives): 

• Understand the concept design, detailed architectural drawings, leasing brief wrt positioning of mall, zoning, brand mix, etc for drafting the design criteria manual under the guidance of Director RET
• Drive activation of retailers by providing the retail design criteria model and also the core drawings after the LOI is signed 
• Prepare a fit-out check-list starting from design submittal stage upto trading day and get it approved by the retailer
• Monitor the fit-out process on regular basis and ensure that the host architect adheres to the timelines and reports the reasons for delays/ non-adherence.
• Undertake a final fit-out inspections wrt alignment of store front design to mall design, compliance with all fit-out provisions before issuing the completion certificate. 
• Drive the Retailer transition meetings on a timely basis wherein the issues are discussed and resolved amongst the RET, Projects, Architecture & Panning and leasing teams.
• Monitor the preparation and review of weekly status reports to be provided to the Managing Director to ensure that they are accurate and prepared in a timely manner.
