Desired Candidate Profile

Education: UG - B.Arch - Architecture 

PG - M.Arch - Architecture

An ideal candidate has:

• Bachelors degree in architecture from a recognized university.
• 10 plus years of progressively responsible architectural experience on large-scale office, R&D laboratory and campus projects in India.
• Demonstrated design and/or technical aptitude.
• For design centric roles, excellent presentation abilities, written, verbal, and graphic communication skills, and a solid portfolio.
• For technical and design management roles, excellent technical abilities, and design management abilities and experience.
• Experience in sustainable design. LEED AP is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD.
• Revit experience preferred.
• Sketchup, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator experience preferred.
• The ability to successfully mentor and complete work in a team-based environment
• Design sensitivity, interest in sustainability and excellent technical ability; our clients demand the highest quality design and the successful candidate nurtures the process to produce award-winning design
• The ability to balance priorities and utilize excellent judgment in the pursuit of the work
• Thorough understanding of building codes, bye-laws, building systems and construction technologies. The ability to evaluate planning approaches and weigh various options for buildings systems.
• Ability to lead and direct a team of diverse basic consultants and specialty consultants.
• Prior experience of working or collaborating with international design firms would be a plus.
