Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:
• Shall be able to lead the CAD team and work closely with the Architectural team lead in organising the project requirements.
• Provide guidance and assistance to ensure that projects are setup and progress optimally, and are using the right tools and standards.
• Shall carryout check and review of drawings of their projects or as directed by the Principal Architect.
• Provide technical direction and on the job training to junior members in the discipline.
• Responsible for completion of tasks assigned to cost, time and quality.
• Shall ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned tasks between all the disciplines.
• Responsible for compliance with Atkins QA/QC procedures and implementation of procedures.
• Keep abreast of latest trends and technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: UG - Diploma - Architecture, Civil 

PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Mandatory Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture/Civil engineering or other equivalent from recognised institutes and with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience.
• Shall be proficient in AUTOCAD, Revit Architecture and shall have delivered projects on Revit BIM platform in the last 2 years.
• Able to interpret architectural data and also be able to understand technical reports.
• Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both written and verbal.

Desirable Requirements:

Experience of working on international standards is an added advantage.

Working Knowledge of softwares such as Microstation, 3DMax, Photoshop, Sketchup etc.
