JOB RESPONSIBILITIES for the profile is as below:

• Managing Projects as per clients need & requirement.
• Managing Quality control and deadlines.
• Preparation of all budget estimations and BOQ's.
• The candidate will be responsible for handling total coordination of site works, guiding and instructing vendors and site executives, coordinate with design team for RFI's in Drawings and Detail.
• Generating Master Work schedule charts and ensures implementation.
• Sourcing of Material whenever required and doing Market Survey.
• Coordinating and providing vendors for special design / materials to procurement.
• Accompanying / Assisting Business Team for Business Pitches / Closures whenever required.
• Controlling of Business Strategies for achievement of Desired Organizational Goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: (UG - B.Arch - Architecture, Diploma - Architecture) OR (PG - M.Arch - Architecture, PG Diploma)

Graduate in Architecture, Diploma, Degree or Masters in Interior Designing can also apply. 

• Candidates from B.Arch, Diploma in Architecture or M.Arch, or any relevant technical qualification will be preferred.
• Should have similar industry experience.
• Should have handled interior fit-outs of Retail and commercial spaces. 
• Should have ability to handle multiple sites, and task forces/labour. 
• Should have in-depth knowledge of material specification and material behavior. Able to drive quality in all process in a fit-out.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning

• Track the progress, redeploy in case of delays

• Ensure signoff of handover process
• Ensure coordination between RMs and RPMs

• Documentation of all drawings and assets during handing over
• Control project schedules, make schedules based on time required
• Coordinate with finance, operations and support in store opening issues.

Financial planning

• Work within the budget and make efforts to reduce/optimise costs
• Review decisions and deviations against the frozen capex
• Identify new vendors and participate in negotiations, Use the rate analysis formats for negotiation

• Finalize and review of final bills
