Role Summary:
To develop Architectural Design and manage timely deliverable to project management to help the Organization deliver projects to the Customers in time and Quality.
Role:
Quality of Design.
Creating design brief.
Selection of appropriate consultants.
Value additions in space planning and design
Specifications of the projects and decision making
Interdepartmental Communication
Drawings and Information flow by Team.
Co-ordination and Communication.
Deliverable to Project Management at all sites
Co-ordination and Communication with all external consultants.
Ensure deliverable by team are in Time and Quality.
Project Reviews with the Team.
Fire Fighting and Decision Making
Execution
Address site conditions and their implications.
Check Quality of execution at site.
Resolving Bottle Necks.

Team Development and Process Implementation

Process mapping and implementation.
Motivation and Training
Oversee a project from inception to completion.
• Articulate Architecture Vision
• Conceptualize alternate designs and layout
• Validate Designs based on Statutory Requirements and approval documents
• Bring in a high level of Creativity and original ideas in Design Development
• Guide a team of Architect and Draftsmen in Design Development and Delivering GFC Drawings
• Coordinate with all the stake holders including promoters, sales and marketing, construction, external consultants to deliver cost effective designs in an efficient time frame
• Bring in new Technologies in Design and Development
• Resolve conflicts between various Design Disciplines
• Provide effective support to the Construction team in resolving field issues
• Researching building products for value and efficiency.
