Job Description:
Based in Hyderabad, India and appointed under the General Manager
Develop the consultancy business of Surbana by nurturing long term relationships with the clients in the Real Estate industry.
Establish long term working and synergistic relationship with associate consultants and frame the contractual agreements.
Lead and guide the consultancy team during the design and implementation stage of the project with effective transfer of knowledge and experience.
Undertake preliminary feasibility studies for various stages of the project.
Lead during all the stages of the projects lifecycle from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, tender documentation and construction documentation.
Handling of authority submission and co-ordination
Will be the sole Project Representative towards the client, associate consultants and other external parties.
Will be responsible for coordinating design issues for the projects with associate consultants and external parties to ensure a complete delivery to the client.
Formulate strategies and organise work flow to meet project objectives.
Establish strict quality control procedures to ensure high quality delivery.
