• Interacting with clients for design approval and communicate the design in brief to the team.
•Inspiring creativity in the team and ensuring that team comes out with the Innovation, new ideas and trends.
•Studying the global trend in craft sector and translate them to design output.
•Ensure the timely completion of work within the given standard.
•A good understanding of production cost, prototyping process, construction of sample, and model.
•Maintain effective communication within the team member, other departments, suppliers, and vendors.
•Preparation of blue prints of a specification need for manufacturing and revised the material list timely
