Job Description:
•Interior FitOuts
•Services
•Supervision of all project activities and ensuring timely completion of the projects
• Coordination with management, Architects, Consultants and contractors for project work
• Administer PMI’s effectively
• Tracking of trade/material delivery
• Demonstrate initiative, leadership, responsiveness and creativity;
• Ensure that the Project processes and procedures with regards to cost, quality, time, EHS and client satisfaction are executed in a efficient, cost effective manner and meets the full requirements of the Company and the Client per the contract.
• Verify released drawings to site compliance and request follow up actions.
• Management and site coordination between appropriate stakeholders to facilitate on time execution of work per the requirements.
• Creating and Monitoring the successful closeout of RFI’s
• Documentation, initiation and tracking of changes
• Coordinate mock-up & inspections
• Inspection of materials and workmanship for compliance
• Raise non-compliance issues (specs, mock-ups, drawings) with proposed solutions and recommended actions.
• Monitor, report & certify accomplishment for civil trades & measurements
• Coordinate defects inspection & rectification
• Reconciliation of inventory and handover to Operations team
• Assist in preparation of closeout documentation
