Job Description:
Reporting to MD/Director/Chief Executive
Co-ordinate with all the Internal Department, in relation with work and try to obtain information as is necessary for the jobs entrusted.
To ensure an effective communication channel and see to it that information either direct or indirect is passed to the concerned person(s) for implementation or action.
Co-ordinate and execute works giving on site as per contract with the assistance of team provided on site and support from office.
Co-ordinate with all the Sub-Contractors, give them directions and generally supervise/oversee their work/ensure quality.
Co-ordinate with the Nominated Agencies like Electrical, Plumbing, AC etc and note and supervise their activities too.
To execute to satisfactions, Drawings, sketches, memos and instructions received from the Clients, Architects or the PMC, and explain and implement such work, changes, modifications to the sub-contractors, in consultation with the Management.
Take necessary steps to handle Measurements and Billing process and to certify the same from the PMC/Architects.
Look after the schedule of quantity, maintaining log of activities, Bar Chart, Progress Reports, etc. etc.
Supervise the Store Keeper and keep track of material consumption and prepare Material Requirement Planning
Executing Meeting with subordinates to complete the project in time.
Handling of day to day Activities at site
Corresponding to Customers / Vendors
Able to work in pressure
Completing the projects / Work within the time
Satisfying the requirements of the Clients
Attending customers queries and rectifying the same
