10-15 years of experience in Supervisory / Managerial positions in a reputed Engineering services company, of which at least 3-5 years should be at Senior Managerial level Good exposure dealing with international clients, supervising technical specifications and finalizing contracts.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and provide technical guidance to the team.
Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, project/team management.

Developing best industry practices by encouraging creativity/innovation with focus on continuous improvement in quality, work process and productivity.
Coordinating effectively with Marketing team to develop new / existing business building, excellent Client relationship and delivering ultimate customer satisfaction.
