Job Summary:
Dewan Consultants is currently seeking an accomplished Manager - Interior Design for a distinguished Construction Company in Saudi Arabia. The incumbent will be entrusted with overseeing and maintaining the Interior Design process across projects, ensuring their alignment with envisioned design concepts, specifications, international and local standards, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Job Responsibilities:
Qualification: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience: Possess a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a Senior or Mid Management role.
Language Skills: Proficient in English and working knowledge of Arabic.
Certifications: Advantageous to hold professional certifications in related domains.
Key Duties:
- Direct the implementation of guidelines, concept approvals, and assessments for architectural, structural, MEP, and landscape designs, ensuring alignment with master plans and standards.
- Oversee design projects, ensuring completeness, compliance with requirements, on-time delivery, and coordination among engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical advice and review services to project managers, validating design accuracy and quality.
- Formulate recommendations for design modifications, validate project milestones, and ensure alignment with approved guidelines.
- Develop standards, specifications, and requirements, aligning with the development concept and translating it effectively to project sites.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Contract & Commercial departments to acquire necessary design and master planning services.
- Manage contract development and negotiations with service providers/contractors.
