About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Showroom Design:

• Lead the conceptualization and development of cutting-edge showroom designs that resonate with the brand's identity.

Space Planning:

• Optimize spatial layouts to create visually captivating and functional showrooms, ensuring a seamless customer flow and maximizing product visibility.

Interior Aesthetics:

• Craft an inviting atmosphere for customers by skillfully combining materials, lighting, and furnishings to achieve interior aesthetics.
• Brand Consistency:
• Maintain uniformity in showroom designs across diverse locations while taking into account site limitations and design directives.
• Vendor Collaboration:
• Effectively liaise with Dealerships, architectural firms, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely attainment of project milestones.
• Technology Integration:
• Embrace the latest design and construction methodologies to elevate overall performance and efficiency.

Selection Criteria:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized University, with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in the building construction industry.
• Demonstrates relevant expertise in executing retail projects across India. Able to provide references for such projects.
• Possesses a solid grasp of architectural design concepts, construction principles, mechanical systems, and sustainability practices applicable to construction and renovation ventures.
• Exhibits an in-depth understanding of retail commercial interior design and associated best practices.
• Displays comprehensive knowledge of ground-up base building construction, design principles, and practices.
• Proficient in design software applications including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and adept with emerging technologies.
• Demonstrates robust project management capabilities, managing multiple projects concurrently while adhering to stringent timelines.
• Communicates design concepts effectively through excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating collaboration with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to construction project sites, including remote locations across India.
