Role Objective:
As the Interior Design Manager at Lodha Group, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing interior designs, integrating significant value engineering, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions to the execution team within established timelines and budget parameters. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of projects while upholding exceptional standards of design excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including concept development, design phases, presentation, and on-site execution supervision.
- Collaborate closely with Consultants, Site Teams, and Clients to ensure seamless project coordination.
- Lead the process of material selection and preparation of project briefs and area statements.
- Identify suitable consulting Architects for projects and define their scope of work.
- Contribute to the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Thoroughly review all drawings prior to their deployment on-site.
- Conduct regular site visits, resolving any design-related challenges encountered during the construction phase.
- Maintain vigilant project schedule tracking and possession date management.
- Create detailed layout drawings and specifications.
- Interface with the marketing and sales departments to provide essential project information, including sales plans and allotment details.
- Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure work aligns with the intended design.
- Organize construction drawings and documents in a well-organized manner.
- Demonstrate understanding of MEP / HVAC designs to ensure seamless integration.
Skills Required: Cost Management, Construction Management, Procurement, Other Design Disciplines
Qualification: Diploma in Interior Design
Experience and Requirements: Minimum of 12 years' overall experience, with at least 7 years in a design consultancy role.
