Architectural, Execution & Liaison teams:

• Knowledge of DCR and DCR for SRA
• Updated knowledge of Maharashtra government’s policies pertaining to construction industry.

Job Description:
Major Responsibility:
• Develop and maintain data base of relevant information pertaining to all properties under development from regulatory compliance perspective.
• Calculate potential FSI in respect of a given property/ new proposals/ land parcels in view of various applicable regulations as pronounced in Development Control Regulation.
• Prepare Municipal plans / drawings in compliance with various regulations and their plausible interpretations as permissible within the legal framework of Development Control Regulation.
• Ensure achievement of maximum FSI potential vis--vis the Free FSI benefits as stipulated Development Control Regulation.
• Co-ordinate and partner with internal/ external Design Architects and /or Planning Architects in the preparation of Municipal drawings so as to ensure optimal utilization of free FSI benefit while ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements of Development Control Regulation.
Administrative, Control & Coordination
• Co ordinate with Design & Liaisoning Architects for finalization of the plans with respect to submission of the plan to the PMC/ sanctioning authorities.
• Follow up for MOEF Clearance to be taken from relevant sanctioning authorities in respect of all ongoing projects.
• Apply & obtain all relevant certificates such as Consent to Establish, Consent to Operate, etc in order to ensure timely completion of project from compliance perspective.
• Identify and recommend architectural and other agencies for efficient Liaisoning of the projects.
