Desired Candidate Profile:
1. BE/B.Arch with extensive experience in interior fit-outs projects.
2. Strong Project Management and Procurement skills
3. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in managing projects involving high level execution of interior and turnkey projects.
4. Review market analyses to determine the performance differentiator.
5. Excellent relationship with interior architects and project managers in the industry.
6. Proficient in determining the manpower, material and other resources required for the project.
7. Team manager, Motivator & leader equipped with strong technical experience and skills.
Job Description:
1. Work closely with Directors to develop, establish and improve the brand image of the company.
2. Handling of multiple interior project site across India
3. To monitor and manage the ongoing projects to ensure on time delivery within the agreed budget.
4. To ensure that the final deliverable meets/exceeds the expectation of client.
5. To be the first point of contact for the client to ensure that projects are delivered to their complete satisfaction within the timelines set out in the contract.
6. To generate analytical reports on periodical basis for management review.
7. To foresee risks in the project and mitigate them before they are realized.
8. To mentor the team to be able to deliver with a high level of efficiency
9. To review the RFP/Tender received and to ensure the best bidding process
10. To be able to assess the deployment requirement for the project during the implementation stage and arrive at the resources that would be required for the project.
11. To ensure the invoices are raised as per the schedule and to ensure that the dues are collected from the client as per the payment timelines specified for the contract.
