Job profile . Establish Architectural guidelines to respond to local climatic conditions and sustainability issues. 2. Understand DC Rules from the local Architect appointed by BD 3. Shortlist best suited Architects for the project and evaluate their credentials. 4. Provide inputs in selecting the Architects, defining their scope of work and submittals. 5. Provide Architectural inputs to BD/ SM team for preparation of detailed design brief for the Architects. 6. Review and provide comments on Architectural Design, Interior Design and Landscape Design at all stages of the project to ensure that TRIL vision and high quality of the design is met. 7. Review and provide comments on Architectural design at all stages of the project to ensure that design is in adherence of the project brief and the areas are in-line. 8. Check and comment on working drawings/ GFC drawings from their technical and construction point of view. 9.Suggest practical, workable solutions and value additions to the Architects wherever necessary. 10.Review and evaluate the Architectural submittals and payments at every stage. 11.Coordinate with consultants or external agencies on Urban Design issues surrounding the site to enhance the quality of the project. 12.Fitment Studies for various potential projects - Provide assistance to internal departments in TRIL to do architectural fitment studies to evaluate the feasibility of projects.
