Job Description:
• Provide specialist input in Engineering & Design of the façade to the Project Design Team.
• Co-ordinate the finalization of specifications and design elements upto DD with the consultant.
• Provide technical input into finalization of the tender terms/ conditions/ specifications
to the Procurement team.
• Provide input/approval to Cost Management wrt Facade for Concept and FDD budget.
• Participate and provide technical guidance in procurement of major façade tenders
• Review Façade related VFC/Shop Drawings, prior to site issue, if so requested
by Project Design team.
• Provide training and guidance to make Const mgmt associates (few at each site) aware
about the key issues and safeguards to be taken during the facade installation.
• Guide the Const Mgmt team in ‘key execution issues’ in case of complex Facade problems.
