Job Description:

• Based in Hyderabad, India and appointed under the General Manager
• Develop the consultancy business of Surbana by nurturing long term relationships with the clients in the Real Estate industry.
• Establish long term working and synergistic relationship with associate consultants and frame the contractual agreements
• Lead and guide the consultancy team during the design and implementation stage of the project with effective transfer of knowledge and experience
• Undertake preliminary feasibility studies for various stages of the project.
• Lead during all the stages of the projects lifecycle from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, tender documentation and construction documentation.
• Handling of authority submission and co-ordination
• Will be the sole Project Representative towards the client, associate consultants and other external parties
• Will be responsible for coordinating design issues for the projects with associate consultants and external parties to ensure a complete delivery to the client.
• Formulate strategies and organise work flow to meet project objectives
• Establish strict quality control procedures to ensure high quality delivery
