Desired Candidate Profile:
* B. Arch / GD Arch with minimum 5 years of experience of similar functions for different types of projects like residential, commercial and hotels, etc.

Job Description:
* The Candidate should have good knowledge on Municipal Area Calculation, Mumbai Municipal planning bye – laws, DC rules and regulations, value analysis and design inputs at all levels.
* To design Residential and Commercial buildings as per prevailing Municipal Rules.
* To prepare project brief and area statement for project.
* To identify consulting Architects for a project and providing relevant scope of work.
* To prepare BOQ.
* Responsible for scrutinizing all drawings before being sent on site.
* To make regular site visits and resolving any design related issues at site.
* To keep track of project schedule and possession dates.
* To prepare layout drawings and details.
* Co-ordinate with marketing and sales department to provide all necessary information like sale plans, allotments, etc.
* Co-ordinate with clients & contractors to carry out work in accordance to design intent.
* To keep all construction drawings and documents in orderly manner.
* Ensure timely MIS and reporting of project status.
