Should be able to coordinate all designs. Excellent 2D/3D skills on CAD graphic packages is essential. Should be fully conversant with NBC / HUDA/ municipality building bye laws and should be able to prepare submission drawings for approvals.

B Arch (5 11 years) experience in design / design review and development of high-rise hotel / residential apartments / commercial buildings and coordination with project execution and design consultants. Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
