We need a person carrying the richness of experience in Planning, Designing, Co-ordination with client, contractors, consultants and various agencies at all stages of project and site visits. Would be reporting to the CEO of the company. -He must be a graduate in B.Arch / M.Arch with 4-8 years of relevant experience. Priority for design expertise with strong communication skills. -Must have knowledge of Auto CAD. -Knowledge of 3d max, Sketch-up would be an added advantage. -The main job profile includes Designing and execution,quantity calculation of all interior materials, tiles, windows, railing etc. -New Ideas & creativity with designs. -Up-to-date with latest trends & methods being used in designing. -Knowledge of new materials -VFM analysis -Incorporation of Latest Services. - Any other work as delegated.
