- Quality of Design.
- Creating design brief.
- Selection of appropriate consultants.
- Value additions in space planning and design
- Specifications of the projects and decision making
- Interdepartmental Communication:
- Drawings and Information flow by Tea
- Co-ordination and Communication.
Deliverables to Project Management at all sites:
- Co-ordination and Communication with all external consultants.
- Ensure deliverables by team are in Time and Quality.
- Project Reviews with the Team.
- Fire Fighting and Decision Making
Execution:
- Address site conditions and their implications.
- Check Quality of execution at site.
- Resolving Bottle Necks.
- Decision making.
Team Development and Process Implementation:
- Team Building.
- Process mapping and implementation.
- Motivation and Training.
