• Independently managing projects of commercial complexes and housing in Noida, including Validation and co-ordination with consultants for those projects. Designing of Housing for Town plan
• Detailing of all Houses
• Co-ordination of all services
• Site Co-ordination and client interaction
• Independent handling project of Interiors of an office including designing, site supervisions and co-ordination with contractors and consultants.
• Budgeting and billing for the Interiors
• Payment monitoring for the projects with the coordination of Accounts department. The profile includes the handling of Architectural team.
• Finalizing the designs along with the presentations, working drawings, detail drawings and services drawings of Independent houses.
• Taking care of all the designs to upload on website along with the content.
• Co-ordination with the consultants of services.
• Checking of all the drawings of services like electrical, structure and plumbing.
• Preparing validated plans and areas for projects and timely release to marketing department
• Getting work done from consultants
• Preparation of pre construction Budgets.
• Introducing the demands of market in projects
