Desired Candidate Profile :

• Manage all the construction related Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing drawings.
• Managing changes in good for construction drawing.
• Making site visits, taking measurements, incorporating in drawings, monitoring execution as per drawing.
• Preparation of Layout, Co-coordinating with Vendors, Contractors to get the work done as per drawings.
• Meeting to review proposals and plans, making modifications or revisions as required.
• Working with contractors and construction managers to obtain permits, answer questions regarding the plans.
• Carry out a thorough site survey to determine site characteristics and to assess likely problems.
