Job Description:

This is a Corporate Head's position , reporting to The Managing Director and will be responsible for following major assignments :

a) To identify , manage and utilize appropriate resources to plan and timely execute various commercial and residential projects in South Gujarat (in around Surat ,Gujarat).

b) To work hand in hand with consulting agencies like architect, structural engineer, interior designer etc to ensure all design and engineering inputs from them in time.

c) To ensure quality and cost parameters of all projects at the time of planning and designing and also while execution.

d) To lead and guide the team of Projects Managers and Site Engineers at all sites and ensure timely execution .

e) To ensure safety , of people , security of material thru the Team , at all sites .

f) To streamlines processes, proper reporting systems and MIS for regular review of progress at each site .

The desired professional should be a Graduate / Diploma Civil Engineer with at least 18 years of hands on experience in planning, monitoring and execution of residential and commercial projects. He should have hands on experience in dealing with well experienced Architect , Interior Designer and Structural Engineers and should be able to give  valuable inputs to them for better and cost effective designs .He should have an experience of leading team of more than 15 employees and have experience of managing 5-6 multi locational sites at a time. Hands on operating knowledge of AutoCAD and Project  Management Software is must.
