(d) Co-ordination and Supervision of Similar Building works.

(2) Preferential Qualification:

Job Description :

Summary of Work Environment and Work Performed:

A full time position in the Pune office as an integral team member that is capable of facilitating all estimating and drafting activities, as well as, managing all resources efficiently.

Preference: BIM Services capability (e.g. Revit, Google sketch up and Navisworks), VBA and MS-Project.

Specific Duties:

• Manage drafting services for specialized International Architectural systems (UK, US & Canada).
• Develop and refine support in-house activities and functions.
• To manage engineering design services.
• Conducting one-on-one meetings with directs.
• Attending management meetings
• Transitioning new clients into the process
• To effectively track, measure and manage resource performance to meet and exceed customers’ expectation.
• Manpower and workload forecasting
• Ability to generate management reports
• Client coordination:
• Ability to maintain & initiate communication and coordinate with all clients proactively.
• To resolve or present alternatives to solve project related issues.
• To enhance effective communication between the teams’ and client coordinators’.
• Training & Development- Technical and Management
• To update technical training manuals from time to time and conducting technical training regularly.
• To conduct and implement inhouse Management training programs
• Behaving ethically & understanding business practises personally and across the organisation, whilst following the company’s core values.

• Ability to check all tasks and standards according to client (QA)
• Maintain quality of work through use of Root Cause Analysis

• Education, Knowledge, and Skills Required or Desirable:
• Strong Project Management skills
• Time management skills (Critical Path Analysis).
• AutoCad training and experience
• 3D software knowledge and experience (preferably proficient in Revit)
• Mathematically inclined
• 10+ year's production experience in design, drafting and engineering services
• Must have an in-depth working knowledge in the architecture sector with the emphasis on timely project delivery.
• Effective communication skills, in written and spoken English.
• Enthusiastically willing to adopt new technologies and software.
• Ability to work under pressure and invariable circumstances
• Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education on BIM
