Job Description:
General Manager - Sales & Marketing (15-20 yrs exp):
- Well versed with fields as Architecture, Interior Design, Housing, Hospitality and Retail Fit-outs.
- Responsible for Design, Development and Maintenance of marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Analyze latest marketing trends, tracking competitors' activities and providing inputs for fine tuning marketing strategies.
- Identify prospective clients, generate business from new accounts and develop them to achieve consistent profitability.
- Initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure quality deliveries to the client within the specified timelines.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve the maximization of profits and return on investment over the long term by the prudent and efficient use of resources.
- Conceptualize & implement services plans / policies for the organization, organizing promotional campaigns and ensuring accomplishment of business goals.
- Identify, define the brand position requirement with advertising and PR agencies, drive advertisement campaigns, PR activities, relationship building activities for creating brand awareness.
Marketing & Sales Executive (3-5 yrs exp):
- To assist the GM (S&M) in their day to day activities.
- Follow-up with the clients for new business.
- Assist Projects Team with their sales closing.
