JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work as a lead, liaising between the design team and clients to identify project goals and objectives and articulate design opportunities. 
• Provide technical and architectural subject matter expertise. 
• Mentor technical staff regarding architectural capabilities or constraints. Oversee multiple projects in order to preserve the architectural vision as well as to meet operational and financial reporting requirements. 
• Fully engage in projects from conceptual design through construction documents. 
• Demonstrate project experience involving master planning, site design, housing architecture, and construction documentation. 
• Define scope of work, budgets and schedules. 
• Active participation in design discussions with clear articulation of ideas.
