Job Description:
- Project typology undertaken are mainly interior projects with complete handling of project- right from concept design to completion of project.
- The job includes preparation of concept design, presentation drawings, working drawings, services coordination, estimate/ BOQ, site supervision, project management, bill checking etc.
- Coordination with consultants & contractors for smooth execution of projects that may require onsite visits.
- The Architect will have to handle individual projects from Concept to Execution.
- Capable of working on tender drawings, working drawings & detail drawings for execution following company standards strictly.
- Preparing for Management Reviews of all the Projects.
- Discussing & sharing Designs with Top Management whenever required.
- Making Site visits for critical verification whenever necessary.
