Job Description:

1. Execution of all finishing items in Elite residential buildings projects effectively & efficiently.

2. Execution for finishing requirements like flooring, painting, fixtures.

3. Execution of construction as per drawings/details issued by Architect

4. Maintaining good rapport with contractors & related agencies

5. Supervision of site, checking of quality of finishing materials

6. Interacting with vendors, architect and structural consultant at site

7. Surveying the project area, BOQ preparation

8. Maintaining quality of finishing items as per set standard

Key-skills : Experience in interior and finishing of high end residential / hotel projects, Experience in flooring, painting, fixtures, fit-outs etc

Bowman Riley Architects and Bowman Riley Healthcare are looking for hard working, self-motivated team players to join our dynamic teams on a contract basis based in Leeds, London and Skipton.

Senior Architectural Technologist, Skipton

To support the team initially for one month. The candidate will need over five years’ post qualification experience and be able to demonstrate a track record of preparing detailed construction packages for housing developments. Applicants need to be fluent in AutoCAD. Experience in BIM, Revit and good 3D visualisation skills would be advantageous. Full driving licence is essential.

Architectural Technologists, Leeds

To support the healthcare team in Leeds team initially for one month. Applicants need to be fluent in AutoCAD, BIM and Revit. A track record of working in the healthcare sector would be advantageous.

Architectural Technologist, London

To fulfil an initial 6-month contract. The candidate will need to demonstrate a track record of preparing detailed construction packages for commercial and retail developments. Applicants need to be fluent in AutoCAD. Experience in BIM and good 3D visualisation skills would be advantageous.
