Job Description:

• The Architect / designer will come on board to support and assist project teams across the organization by contributing and participating at all stages of a project from concept creation through to completion.
• The Architect will manage the Interior Design project teams. The Architect will manage, plan, interpret, organize, schedule and manage projects through all phases of developments.
• Previous experience in Medium-to-Large scale Office Interiors sector is a required .
• The ideal candidate will be a creative individual with a strong set of all round design skills. He / She will be proficient in using AutoCAD to aid with drawing packages, be capable of assisting in the development and preparation of scheme designs whilst also attending site visits and GFC drawings details. 
• Will oversee design development, establish and monitor budgets. The candidate should demonstrate experience in all phases of architecture and coordination with engineering services.
• Will pass knowledge to other members of the team to support a continuous learning environment. Key responsibilities also include team building and motivation.
