Job Description:

Sr.Manager- Interior will assist, Vice President Design /Consulting Interior Designer, for the Design and Execution of the HOTEL/CORPORATE INTERIORS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1)Responsible for managing the process of interior design of assigned projects

2)Identification & appointment of Consultant/contractors/vendors for all interior design requirements.

3)Ensure that the show flat/sale flat are constructed & finished as per approved interior design

4)Build a repository for interior design style, trends and market intelligence to generate MIS

Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A. Negotiable - BEST BY THE Industry Standard

Desired Candidate Profile

PG - Post Graduation Not Required

Sr. Architect - interior designer(Architecture/ Interiors) - a B.Arch Graduate Architecture or Diploma in Architecture of Interior Designing from a reputed Institute.

Capable of handling projects independently.

Should have at least 10 years relevant experience with reputed consultancy firms in handling architectural and interior projects and should be proficient in AutoCAD/Photoshop.

SHOULD BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND POSSESS GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL AND PRESENTATION SKILL .
