- Study Interior drawings & specification.
- Coordinate with Interior Design Architects for updates on work status & obtain drawings of the respective project on a timely basis.
- Identifying various materials proposed in the work & preparing bill of material.
- Preparation of tender documents, Bill of Quantities.
- Billing compilation of bid cost & bid terms.
- Techno commercial evaluation of bid & working detailed cost analysis for bid negotiation.
- Evaluation and shortlisting of contractors for bid price negotiation along with superiors & Management.
- Monitoring of awarded work for cost implication due to change in specification & design.
- Association of new vendors
- Retention & motivation of contractors.
