Job description
- Co-ordination with Architects and Consultants for timely delivery of all details, drawings and deliverable as per construction tractor.
- Co-ordination with Liaisoning team and various approving govt. depts. For various stationary approvals and arrange to get details for the same.
- Project planning.
- Value engineering to add design value and to lower cost of constructions.
- Exploring new design concepts.
- Exploring new team of architects and consultants.
- Checking of project viability discussing and advising the management.
- Participating in project review meetings.
- Co-ordination for preparation of tender drawings/ specifications & finalization of require estimates and BOQ.
Desire Candidate-
Exposure with foreign architect, designers and consultants is desirable.
Should have excellent communication skill.
Should be a good team leader.
