Job Description:

DGM Architectural is responsible to finalize the Architecture Design for all projects undertaken by RNA Corp, by providing technical inputs to the team and the consultants in order to achieve the desired architectural perspectives and ensure that the project is completed as per approved design and specifications

KEY AREAS Of RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

1)Finalize the design brief for upcoming projects

2)Oversee preparation of architectural drawing and working drawing

3)Monitor the on site construction activities to ensure conformity with the design

4)Develop an in-house repository for architectural design

5)Develop the in-house team of architects and interior designers

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in using latest cutting edge technologies like AutoCAD 2008, ARC View, etc.
• Interpretation of drawings pertaining to Civil, Interior and Electrical works
• Exposure to 3- D Drafting/ Modeling, Architectural desktop, Adobe Photoshop, Coral DRAW
• Experience in developing innovative architectural design of multi disciplinary real estate projects
• Dealt with service provider for complex architectural entities
• Knowledge of the green building and safety measures
• Knowledge of BMC rules and regulations
