Job Description, Role, Skills and Experience required:
- Responsible for, Corporate and residential interior projects
- Preparation of work flow drawings, detailing and drafting.
- Co-ordinate with other teams like Business Development & Project Management
- To be academically qualified with a sound knowledge of Auto CAD & MS office.
- Must have good Creative & Practical interior design skills. CAD & Presentation software skills (Photoshop etc
- Design & execution in charge of Commercial, Retail & residential interiors.
- Candidate must have experience in designing, sketching, landscaping for buildings and commercial projects.
- Familiarity with specifications is preferred.
- Ability to create and interpret plans and specifications and knowledge of building code requirements, good working knowledge of construction methods, construction administration procedures, and engineering methods and procedures (civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical).
- Work with minimum direction on several projects concurrently.
- Computer skills Auto Cad, 3D Max, Sketchup ,Photoshop, MS-Office.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to recommend solutions based on solid understanding of the professional.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills are essential.
- Possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to motivate and work with others to achieve desired results.
- Extremely good knowledge in Auto Cad

- Excellent in Power Point Presentation
- Good knowledge in Excel
- Design & execution in charge of Commercial, Retail & residential interiors.
- Broad based knowledge in Interior Design including Space Planning, Product Knowledge, Specification and Drafting Techniques
