Job Description
1. He should
be responsible for site Execution for interior finishing works
2. Coordination
of finishing activities like plaster, flooring, MEP works, cladding, false
ceiling etc.
3. Should
have exposure to high end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes,
facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works.
4. Organize,
supervise, monitor and control construction activities
5. Must be
capable of leading team of foremen, charge hands and worker and handle assigned
tasks independently.
6. Handling
commercial / IT Parks / IT Buildings and residential projects.

Graduation Not Required) AND ( Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required)
1. B.E. /
Diploma civil engineer with 10 to 15 years of experience. Candidate should have
experience in having done finishing works in IT Parks / commercial buildings /
hotels
2. Good
communication skill & capability of getting work done through
contractor/labour within the scheduled time.
