Job Description:
1. 10 to 12 years experience with at least 6 to 8 years in handling large projects independently.
2. Should be able to manage a project from start to completion without compromising on the architectural design and good architectural practices.
3. Should be excellent in preparation and checking of drawings, including consultants' drawings, attending site coordination meetings and resolving site related problems,
4. Should be well conversant with good building construction methods and practice, should also be a conversant with building byelaws and DC rules,
5. Candidate should have proficiency in CAD.
6. Should be a good team leader with good communication and effective management skills and set an example to the other team members
7. Should be result oriented, driven and capable of managing at least 2 to 3 projects simultaneously.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Should be a Graduate and/or a Post Graduate Degree in Architecture from a recognized University.
