Job Description:
• Design, develop, the exterior systems and building envelopes that address and meet project aesthetics, facade expression, design, function, budget, and scheduling goals.
• Study/Evaluate the design criteria and feasibility of proposed design(s).
• Provide details that clarify complex building geometries and installation within demanding schedules, budgetary constraints, performance requirements, and sustainability objectives.
• Provide skin options include fabric, stone, wood, metal and glass.
• Focus on key design principles below :
o Air and Water management
o Thermal performance and comfort
o Structure Performance.
o Optimal Day Light and visibility.
o Sound and noise control.
o Blast and Security requirements.
• Provide a thorough and complete set of construction details and specifications customized to the project’s unique conditions and budget.
• Meet with discuss and conduct workshops with well established manufacturers and representatives in the field.
