Architect & Interior Designer
* Architect/ Senior Architect (AR01): B.Arch (5-11 years) experience in design/ design review and development of high rise hotels/residential apartments/commercial buildings and coordination with project execution and design consultants. Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Should be able to coordinate all designs. Excellent 2D/3D skills on CAD graphic packages is essential. Should be fully conversant with NBC/HUDA/municipality building bye laws and should be able to prepare submission documents
* Interior Designer (ID01): Graduate or Diploma in Interior Design from a reputed Institute (3-5 years) experience in design/design review of interior works of hotels/clubs/retails/high-end residential apartments and coordination with design consultant. Candidates should possess excellent communication and presenatation skills. Excellent 2D/3D skills on CAD graphic packages is essential

* Senior Manager Services/Manager Services (MEP01): B.E. Electrical/ Mechanical (7-14 years)/ Diploma- Electrical/Mechanical (11-23 years) experience in execution and supervision and testing & commissioning of electrical, plumbing & fire fighting and HVAC works from start to handover in high-rise residential/commercial buildings/hotels. Candidates should have strong knowledge of technical specifications, plants & Equipments testing procedures, project planning, coordination with contractors and must be able to lead a team of MEP professionals.
* Deputy Manager Services/Assistant Manager Services/ Senior Engineer Services (MEP02): B.E. Electrical/ Mechanical (1-8 years)/ Diploma- Electrical/Mechanical (4-12 years) experience in execution and supervision and testing & commissioning of electrical, plumbing & fire fighting and HVAC works from start to handover in high-rise residential/commercial buildings/hotels. Candidates should be familiar with technical specifications, execution procedures and should be able to independently manage the assigned execution responsibilities.
