Job Description
- Supervision and monitoring of civil interior and finishing work including façade
- Execution as per drawing, specification provided by architect within contract
- Coordination with consultant and contractors
- Planning, recording and follow up for better practices, quality and progress
- Generation of MIS and records etc
- Planning and solution for building interior works
- Coordination with consultant and contractors for Design & execution of interior and finishing work including Preparation of Drawings, Planning and execution
Desired Profile
- Should be experienced in studying drawings and analyzing gap from the original requirement
- Should have 7- 10 Years of experience and good knowledge of Building Layouts, interior works, finishing work, facade and RCC structures
- Should have knowledge of interior designing and execution
- Project Execution
- Knowledge of Interior materials and their makes.
- Experience in handling big projects
- Result orientation
- Commitment to excellence
- Quality Control in Interior & finishing works.
- Coordination with contractor and consultant.
- Excellent communication written and verbal
- Computer savvy
