Job Description:

We are seeking a Head of Design Build (Corporate interior projects) for our key client, for the West and North region. Our client is one of the top Architecture and Interior design firms in India with with 200 strength in India and operating from 5 design studios at Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Delhi and Hyderabad. With focus in master planning, architecture and corporate design interiors including execution through design and build services, our client has forged international partnerships to extend services to the Asia Pacific and provide integrated smart space solutions.  

Role: 

The Head, design build is responsible for overall success of all design build corporate interior projects in the North and West region of India. Key aspects for success are ; Client satisfaction, profitability of projects and new business acquisition.  

 Specific Responsibilities: 

•  Participate in Design Build pitches to win projects.
•  Overall responsible for the successful implementation of all the Design and build projects in the West and North.
•  Implement and improve pre construction, project management delivery processes across the business.
•  Drive improved profitability on projects.
•  Deliver projects on-time and with client satisfaction.
•  Build and grow client relationships.
•  Build a strong vendor partnerships to drive overall efficiency and pricing.
•  Contribute/Lead new sales pitches.
•  Leverage relationships to generate new leads.

 Key requirements to succeed :

•  Proven ability to provide vision and leadership to with overall 15-20 years of experience in the Architecture and design industry. 
•  Demonstrated track record of successfully leading designs builds interior fit-out projects especially office spaces. 
•  Network of corporate clients and strong vendor partners in the West and North region of India.
•  Proficiency in a client-facing business and execution role, managing clients pitches and winning new projects/ business. 
•  Excellent presentation skills with relevant experience of working on Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects. 
•  Strong technical understanding to develop a project from concept to execution. 
•  A team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile.
