The Senior Architect will be responsible for all drawing sets, presentation and detailing in all project phases, and will coordinate work with consultants. The Senior Architect will work directly with the Project Manager.

Requirements:
•Masters degree in architecture
•8 years+ experience in internationally renowned offices
•Experience in all phases of design process: conceptual, detail and design development, construction documents, construction administration, site supervision
•Highly developed skills in design, client communications, contract documentation, project scheduling, team leadership, building design, technical detailing, consultant coordination, construction administration
•Thorough knowledge of international building codes
•Track record of realized and / or published projects
•Fluency in written and spoken English (knowledge of Mandarin / Cantonese is a plus)
•Hands-on approach
•Self-disciplined and confident in a complex international environment
•Licensed Architect is preferred
•LEED accreditation is preferred
•Deep knowledge of OMA’s work
•Strong in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite
