Vacancy: Senior Interior Designer

Location: Pune, Wakad

Experience Required: 3 to 7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design development for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Manage projects from conception to completion, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide exceptional client experiences.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into design concepts.
• Make calls to clients from the database.
• Schedule meetings with clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
• Interior design experience.
• Proficiency in 3D design software and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Store handling capabilities.
• Additional benefit if the candidate knows how to drive a 2/4-wheeler.

Working Conditions: 6 days working, Week-off is to be on weekdays only.

1. Must have knowledge of Estimation, Tendering and Contracting
2. Should have worked in minimum 15-20 storey projects.
3. Knowledge of Constant & Cost Estimation Calculation.
4. Preparation of Pre & Post qualification Documents.
5. Study the tender documents & attending prebid meetings.
6. Item Rate analysis.
7. Site Overhead Calculation.
8. Floating enquiries to vendors & negotiate rates with them.

10. Preparation of Construction methodology based on the drawings & details given in the tender.

14. Liaisoning with government bodies like MHADA, CIDCO etc.
