Job Description:
Urgently required for World Top Class Engineering Company involved in Airport / IT Buildings / Malls / Hospitals / Hotels Construction Projects in Kuwait / Riyadh.
QUALIFICATION - EXPERIENCE:
Degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent with minimum 15 to 20 years experience in Construction of Airport / IT Buildings / Malls / Hospitals / Hotels Projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Design management of the interior finishes discipline for the project;
-Relationship management with the Employer/Client, its authorized representatives, internal and external stakeholders;
-Design Planning, Detailed design development and Progress reporting - Delivery of all scheduled deliverables.
-Design Coordination - Work in close coordination with all stakeholders including procurement to arrive at a coordinated output
-Review of all Final Designs including shop drawings for Interior finishes prior to submission
-Approval of all designs from the Employer and its authorized representatives
-Coordination with the procurement team and vendors while preparing Finishes schedules
-Assist site in QA/QC of works executed for finishing works.
-Assist and support the design head in any other assigned design scope from time to time.
-Coordinate mock up preparation/installation
