• Able to liaise effectively with relevant government regulatory authorities
• Aware of building (safety) codes and standards
• General awareness of current construction costs
• Knowledge of tender documentation process
• Able to provide outline architectural specifications to Specifications Writer & Quantity Surveyor
• Sensitivity to local context, practices & operational requirements, project budget limitations & other project/site specific situations
