• Assist Principle Architect in drafting perspective drawing, elevation and floor plan based on initial sketches
• Further developing conceptual design of facade/elevation based on program definition.
• Understanding the requirement and coordinating with draftsman and consultants for preparation of construction drawings 
• Knowledge of using Auto CAD, Photoshop CS, Revit and 3D Studio Max
• Should have experience in designing residential and commercial offices
• Flair for Schematic and concept design
• Creative and independent thought process
• Quick in up take with eye for detail
• Research oriented mindset 
• At times prepare working and detail architectural designs which include plans, elevation, sections and green
• Presenting Project design to stakeholders

• Managing Projects as per clients need & requirement.
• Managing Quality control and deadlines.
• Preparation of all budget estimations and BOQ's.
• The candidate will be responsible for handling total coordination of site works, guiding and instructing vendors and site executives, coordinate with design team for RFI's in Drawings and Detail.
• Generating Master Work schedule charts and ensures implementation.
• Sourcing of Material whenever required and doing Market Survey.
